About CVXone

What CVXone is

CVXone is an independently operated tool for preparing career documents. Its public operator identity is CVXone.

CVXone is publicly available at www.cvxone.com.

What you can do today

CVXone helps you:

Changing the interface language does not translate the personal or career text you enter.

Optional AI assistance can suggest wording improvements to a cover-letter body when the service is available. Fixed editing instructions ask it to preserve language, meaning and supplied facts; this does not verify facts or guarantee accuracy. Accepting a suggestion changes the unsaved body; Save is a separate action.

How your work is held

Saved Profiles, photos, letter drafts and application records are saved in this browser. They are not synchronized between devices.

CV previews use the saved Career Profile. A cover letter is a separate draft, and application records do not contain independent copies of your CV or letter.

Temporary in-memory draft recovery can help during applicable same-session navigation. It is not a persistent backup. Browser storage can be cleared or lost, so review and retain important exported documents separately.

The Privacy Policy explains storage and information handling in more detail.

Choosing Improve with AI sends your current cover-letter body and selected document language through CVXone’s Cloudflare Workers to OpenAI for a wording suggestion. This includes unsaved text and any personal information in the body. Review the suggestion before accepting it.

Current limits

CVXone does not currently provide accounts, cloud document synchronization, CV analysis or external job discovery.

It does not submit applications or contact employers for you. The tools help you prepare documents; you decide what to include and where to send them.

Principles and contact

CVXone’s approach is to describe its capabilities accurately, keep document preparation understandable and give users control over their entered content.

Questions, product feedback and privacy enquiries can be sent to cvxone1@gmail.com. Visit Contact CVXone for guidance.
